Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We keep them to a minimum: the site uses only the cookies it needs to work, and none for advertising.

Cookies we use

__session remembers your shop (UK or US) and the book you’re making, so you don’t lose your progress. It contains no personal details and lasts 180 days.

twt_basket remembers how many books are in your basket, so the basket icon shows the right number. It lasts 30 days.

Stripe, our payment provider, sets its own cookies on the checkout page to keep payments secure and prevent fraud.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the site is used. It works without cookies, doesn’t follow you to other websites and never receives children’s names or photos.

Your choices

Because these cookies are needed for the site to work, we don’t ask for consent to use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the builder and basket won’t work properly without them.

If we ever add cookies for advertising or other non-essential purposes, we’ll ask for your permission first and update this page.
