What’s inside

Size and quality
21 × 28 cm, 30 pages inside. Softcover: a 250gsm silk cover with a matte finish. Hardcover: a matte silk cover over sturdy 3mm board. Inside both: thick 170gsm silk pages on responsibly sourced paper.
Delivery and returns
About 6–7 working days in total: 2 to create their book, then 4–5 to print and deliver it. With express delivery we make it first, so it’s with you in about 5 working days. If you choose a preview, we print once you approve it, so any changes will push delivery back a little. Free delivery on orders over £40.
Every book is made just for them, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll put it right. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of buying it, you can cancel for late delivery: just reply to your order confirmation email.

Can I choose the places?
Yes. Pick from our set of 18 scenes, from the park to the beach, and add a little detail to make each one yours. Choose at least four and we’ll fill the rest.
